Ndeye Coumba brings to AGI more than 15 years of professional experience, marked by progressive and highly diversified responsibility. Her expertise spans human resources, finance, technology and general administration.
Seasoned in managing complex organisational stakes, her career was forged at both national and international levels, giving her a fine-grained understanding of institutional ecosystems in Senegal and Italy.
Her mandate at AGI
As Chief, Operations and Resource Management, she federates the Institute’s strategic support functions and cross-cutting mission services. Her responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the overall coherence of forecasting, performance monitoring and planning;
- Coordinating operational activities and the allocation of resources;
- Supervising budgets and steering financial control, for an optimal, rational and transparent use of the Institute’s resources.
Eco-responsible operations
Fully committed to AGI’s sustainability agenda, Ndeye Coumba ensures that the entire operational resource management unit complies strictly with the Institute’s environmental and waste-management policies.
Her action is inseparably aligned with the strategic objectives of the Youth and Climate Action cluster, for a green, eco-responsible impact in daily operations.
