Leadership rooted in action

Fanta’s path began with citizen action: reforestation campaigns and environmental awareness work started while she was still in high school.

It is a record of constant determination to place local communities, women and young people at the heart of resilience mechanisms in the face of climate shocks. It made her one of the leading voices of African climate advocacy.
