Studies in Houston

Coumba completed an elite university course in Houston, Texas: a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Houston (December 2024), where she figured consistently on the Dean’s List for the excellence of her results, after an Associate of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies at Houston Community College, as a major within the Honors College.

Multilateral experience

Passionate about governance, public policy analysis and international development, Coumba already holds solid practical experience of multilateral diplomacy. In November 2024, she stood out as a Delegate to the UNICEF Committee at the National Model United Nations in Washington, D.C.

Her high-level research, child-rights policy proposals and negotiation of complex resolutions helped her delegation win the Distinguished Delegation Award.

Her missions at AGI

Beyond a command of operational and logistical processes honed within demanding organisations, including Apple Inc., Coumba intervenes transversally on:

  • Coordination of initiatives linked to youth engagement;
  • Drafting of strategic notes;
  • Monitoring of AGI’s international commitments.
