Born in Bangui and trained in Dakar, Saïfi Dawalbet Hamit brings AGI a solid legal culture and a deep commitment to good governance in Africa, at just 22.
Born in Bangui, in the Central African Republic, Saïfi developed from a young age a marked interest in law and the fundamental questions of justice.
With his literary-track Baccalaureate (A4) in hand, he chose to settle in Dakar to pursue his higher education, making the Senegalese capital his academic and professional springboard.
He earned a Licence in Private Law at the Université Catholique de l’Afrique de l’Ouest (UCAO) in 2023, followed by an MBA in Tax and Business Law at the Institut Supérieur de Management (ISM), class of 2025.
His Master’s thesis on SME financing in Senegal was selected among the best works of his class for its rigour and economic relevance.
Before joining AGI, Saïfi diversified his skills through demanding experiences that sharpened his analytical rigour and his command of regulatory frameworks:
